Managing CIP SMS Notifications

Learn how to enable and customize SMS notifications in CIP, including daily summaries and real-time flags.

What are SMS flag notifications?

SMS notifications notify you via text when Circadia generates a flag for a patient and/or shift summaries. These messages are sent to your mobile phone with a direct link to the flags/SBAR reports in CIP. You can choose how often you receive these messages, based on your workflow.

  • Turn off all SMS notifications

💡 Best Practice

We recommend most clinicians start with a daily summary aligned with their shift (e.g., 7 AM for the day shift). If you're part of the IDT or leadership team, you may prefer Just-In-Time notifications to stay on top of new activity.
