Daily workflow
Follow this process for successful adoption:
- The Administrator or Director of Nursing must be set up and logged in.
- Set up your preferences for notifications. We highly recommend opting in for just-in-time text notifications so you can stay on top of the latest flags.
- When you get the text, click on the link with the flag and mark it as reviewed.
- Review and share the flag details in an existing or new group chat with your nursing team.
- Ask your nursing team to conduct a head-to-toe assessment and escalate to the attending provider.
- During the morning meeting, review to see which patients had a Change of Condition or Transfer Out.
- If Circadia flagged ahead of time, use this as an educational opportunity for your team. If there was no follow-up to a flag, review with your team to understand why.
