Circadia is the AI care system for post-acute care. Skilled nursing, home health, and home care teams use Circadia to catch changes in a patient’s condition earlier, automate time-consuming clinical, compliance, and reimbursement work, and get more support at the bedside, all in one platform that works alongside your EHR. ### One AI care system - **Predict AI:** Circadia’s predictive model combines bedside sensing with EHR data, such as PointClickCare, to spot early signs of clinical deterioration. When it finds a concern, it raises a flag in **Predict** with the context your team needs to act. Root-cause analytics in **Insights** show prevented cases and support QAPI. - **Neo AI:** Ask questions about your patients and facility in plain language, start from ready-made **Templates**, and turn on automated **Workflows**, such as a morning clinical briefing, a weekly email covering falls, wounds, and PDPM, or monthly QAPI prep. Neo also supports medication reconciliation by reviewing medications for new admissions and flagging potential duplicates, discrepancies, and treatment gaps. - **Vitals AI:** Automates vital sign entry from your existing vital sign carts directly into PointClickCare, so staff don’t have to type vitals in by hand. - **Motion & Exits AI:** Bed exit alerts and motion trends that help your team prevent falls. - **Intercom AI:** Two-way audio through the Circadia device, so staff can check in with a patient from the CIP app. - **AI-enabled NP care:** Embedded nurse practitioners who use Circadia’s insights to see new admissions and flagged patients, and who partner with your team on education and follow-up. ### Circadia devices Circadia's latest bedside devices are the C300 and the CX00. Both are FDA-cleared, contactless sensors that use radar to track vital signs, such as heart rate and respiratory rate, and motion without anything touching the patient. The CX00 doesn't need a hub and can connect over Wi-Fi or LTE.
